Pathetic senior management. Being an engineering manager, it is a worst nightmare in the Boeing India engineering team.
Most of the senior management does not have any people management or technical background. A company like Boeing must see this, or else, no doubt, another 737 MAX-like disaster will come soon.
HR is only there to say "Welcome to Boeing India" and "Thanks for joining," and "Leaving Boeing India."
Pathetic work-life balance for lower management and team members. Senior management must have a vision.
Most of the time, managers are begging for good work to come, but it is worse than a service industry. They keep fooling around, saying we have the "One Boeing" policy, like a lie.
Senior management brought in people and managers whom they already knew and also conducted their interviews and selected them. No ethics in most of the senior managers.
In the morning, management preaches about ethics, work-life balance, inclusion, retaliation, etc., and in the evening, they do the same.
Every evening, there are 2-4 extra hours of meetings. Anyone challenging seniors is thrown out, especially in Boeing India Engineering.
Have some ethics.
Can't advise such a type of management. Pathetic.

The hiring process was efficient and well-communicated, with one pre-screening call and one interview. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and they allowed time for me to ask questions as well. One of the most organized interview process
Usually 1-2 interviews, using a situational approach (situation, task, action, results). Typically, there are 5-7 questions and the interview lasts about an hour. Boeing typically makes a decision with one interview, but follow-up interviews may be
