Need better communication about layoffs. Make it clear to people who are safe that they are in fact safe. Let people who are at risk know their skill codes are being assessed so we don't end up losing and panicking the wrong people.
Though it was pre-recorded, there was one behavioral question, one coding question, and one recording of you explaining your solution. The question was impossible, and I later looked it up to see it wasn’t actually solvable.
