Management talks out of both sides of their mouth. They refuse to be open with their employees about the future of the company and potentially employment in the area.
Some managers will support you through your career journey and not hold you back. Unfortunately, these managers are becoming exceptions and not the rule. Boeing continues to promote weak and inept leaders.
Know your team.
If you have questions, talk to your team.
Do not hold your people back from wanting to advance and improve themselves.
