Interviewed at the Seattle plant. The managers were very professional and helpful. The technical questions were exactly what you would expect: data structures, algorithms. Problem-solving skills are a must to have a chance at this position.
Flight Controls Engineer
Only made it to the first round of interviews, but everyone was very nice. They did a great job of setting up the interview and were on time. Communication before and after the interview was very quick.
