Easy. I'm Russian and was transferred. A close relationship between my manager referred me to the states. Very easy process as they need to have tax purposes for hiring global employees.

STAR format in accordance with normal policy, I was clearly not the desired candidate. The interview felt like a formality to meet quota for a candidate pool. Follow-up questions showed a lack of listening.
