- Project-level managers are typically fair and accommodating
- No promotions without threatening to quit or bringing another offer.
- No substantial raises without a promotion.
- Schedule pressure can be stressful.
- Management seems inadequate, with group punishment policies being typical. They appear to be grasping at straws for band-aid fixes instead of addressing root causes.
