Production Engineering Manager
STAR format in accordance with normal policy, I was clearly not the desired candidate. The interview felt like a formality to meet quota for a candidate pool. Follow-up questions showed a lack of listening.
Software Engineer
Interviewed at the Seattle plant. The managers were very professional and helpful. The technical questions were exactly what you would expect: data structures, algorithms. Problem-solving skills are a must to have a chance at this position.
Engineering Intern
Requires a one-way video interview. Didn’t get past that point, but it feels very discriminatory. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and I doubt I will work there after graduation.
