I had one panel interview. Slow hiring process, like others have said. It has been 5 weeks since my interview, and I have not heard back, although I was told I would hear back within 2 weeks.

Star type panel interview. I was asked a question about diversity and inclusion. I was not prepared for that at all. They did not ask technical questions. Manager was nice.

The structured interview process did not really touch on the skills and accomplishments of the applicant's career. It forces the interview panel to ask all candidates the same questions. The panel did give some background on the position applied for;
