Human Factors Engineer
I had one panel interview. Slow hiring process, like others have said. It has been 5 weeks since my interview, and I have not heard back, although I was told I would hear back within 2 weeks.
Industrial Engineer
One 45-minute to hour-long interview was conducted. Multiple questions were asked in the STAR method, and several people were present in the meeting asking questions. It took two weeks for them to get back to me.
Systems Validation Engineer
Telephonic call with HR, followed by a 45-minute video call with the Manager and other team members. STAR pattern behavioral questions were asked during the interview. It was a smooth process.
