There were multiple people over a phone call via Webex. It was a STAR interview containing personality questions and two technical questions. The interview was also an hour long with no face camera.

Interviewed over the phone a couple times, then an in-person interview and walk of the facility. Most of it was designed to test problem-solving skills and interest, not necessarily specifically industrial engineering.

One 45-minute to hour-long interview was conducted. Multiple questions were asked in the STAR method, and several people were present in the meeting asking questions. It took two weeks for them to get back to me.
