People really are cranky working here
- Better benefits than some other places.
- Good educational reimbursement.
- You really don't have to work hard.
- Hourly employees are intimidated routinely.
- There is no motivation to excel, since no rewards are given for doing so.
- Communication from the top down is virtually nonexistent.
Stop living in the past with the system of "caging" workers for every perceived wrong. Instead, look to rewarding top performers instead of intimidating the heck out of the whole workforce.
