Phone panel interview, this was the most intimidating interview I have ever undertaken. The muted participants on the other end of the phone line made it very difficult to interpret live feedback during the interview.
Industrial Engineer Intern
It was fairly easy, no difficult technical questions. Mainly just behavioral questions, and they asked about past experiences from a student's perspective. The questions didn't require much preparation. They were quick to send an offer afterwards too

Telephonic, followed by a star interview, then finally, a managers' discussion. Do not doubt your answers if you are sure on the telephonic call. The caller is not always experienced. You understand what I mean.
