Great Team, Salary Needs Boost
I love my team and my managers. The whole department is so family-first oriented and really easy to work with.
I have no negative input, as my experience has been wonderful. Maybe the only thing I'd like to see is a little better salary. The benefits are good, but the salary isn't that great.
My manager cares about his team all the way. We have a 1-on-1 once a week, and can talk about anything from work challenges to life.
