STAR interview process (situation, task, action, result). Two people on the interview panel, all over the phone. This was an internal transition, so that might not be the case for new hires.

Applied online and got a call to schedule a phone interview about 4 months later. Participated in a phone interview and then received a call about a week later with a decision.

Very pleasant interview. I met with three individuals separately. They were very open with the job requirements and expectations. The environment was very informal with a lot of good dialog.
