STAR Method. One virtual interview with three interviewers on the panel. Approximately five questions were asked. They specifically mentioned wanting STAR method responses for each of the questions. The interview was approximately one hour.

Initial phone screen, followed by a one-hour behavioral and technical interview. A talent advisor will call and email you to schedule the interview and provide you with an interview preparation guide. The interviewing panel will have 2-4 people. T

The process takes a very long time. From the date I first applied to the offer date was close to four months. The interview was very straightforward. They use the STAR interview process. Just be patient and persistent.
