I met the employer during the career fair. They interviewed me on the spot. I got the call on the same evening that I had qualified and the next round was supposed to be a technical interview.

Straightforward and communicative interview process with a team happy to move quickly. Fewer technical questions, more focused on processes and procedures. Unfortunate timing in the job offer process ended due to a hiring freeze.

Chit-chat about engineering and career. It was an easy interview, and he basically decided to hire me based on my resume and work history. It's probably the easiest interview I've ever had.
