Project Engineer Intern
It felt a lot different from an in-person interview. There were elements of it that did not make the experience enjoyable, like not having the opportunity to get to know the interviewers. Being limited to the questions asked does feel unfair.
Entry Mechanical Engineer
Applied via university career website and received a call from Boeing to schedule an on-campus interview. The interview was with three Boeing employees. They asked five questions. You're expected to answer their questions using the STAR structure:
Manufacturing Tech
Very easy. Basic questions about problem-solving and behavioral stuff. Conducted by two old Boeing guys. Didn't seem to be HR, but assembly guys who have been there for a while.
