Looks great on resume. Everyone proud to be at Boeing. Professionalism for the most part.
Very outdated systems. Seniority trumps all. You have to network heavily to move jobs/departments. Too many baby boomers and people that have never worked anywhere else. Benefits slowly eroding. Recent scandals (787 Max) really hurt the company. Aerospace manufacturing is not on par with automotive.
Too many middle managers that don’t do much.
