Stable employment, with decent benefits
Pay is lower than other companies. They are not willing to give good raises to retain employment. It is a good starter company to get experience. They are losing their experienced workforce to retirements, and the younger people are not staying.
Need to work better at retaining the younger workforce and getting the older workforce to share their knowledge before they retire.
