Pros

Good PTO plan, parental leave, 401k, lots of room to move around and move up. Will pay for classes at select colleges.

Cons

Aging facilities, lower than average pay for the industry, and work-life balance that is entirely based on who your manager is and what program you work on.

Advice to Management

Take a portion of that multi-million bonus you give execs and upgrade your facilities, pay your employees better, and invest in better tech and support equipment (IT, computers, software).
