There is a huge disconnect between the factory floor and the entire rest of the company, like two different worlds. Career advancement out of manufacturing is nearly impossible.

Manufacturing Technician
They already had the ones they wanted to hire ahead of time. Boeing has the good ole boy system in place. Other than that, it was a nice place to work.
Senior Software Developer
Interview with HR and a panel interview with team members and management. Questions were mostly behavioral questions around past experience and project work and how it relates to the team and the work they do.
Associate Software Engineer
Easy, basic questions about the project and some basic DSA questions. They also asked situation-based questions with some OOPs concepts. Computer network definitions were asked. It was an average interview.
