They already had the ones they wanted to hire ahead of time. Boeing has the good ole boy system in place. Other than that, it was a nice place to work.

Behavioral based. They just asked a lot of questions about teamwork. They know you are smart because they interviewed you, but they want to know how you work with others. As I experienced, working with others is the majority of the job.
