Software Engineering Intern
A recruiter reviewed my resume and emailed me about a behavioral interview about a week later. It was only an hour, and I got an offer another week after that.
Structural Engineer
No technical questions asked. They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions. No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions.
MP&P Engineer
I had a student interview which was primarily non-technical. It required you to talk about your internships and basic engineering concepts. The interview was done by four employees, mostly managers or leads.
