Just scenario questions and brainstorming questions. They want to know how you are as a team leader and also as an engineer. You will probably be interviewed by two or more people.
Mechanical Engineer
Online with generic questions, with no technical engineering questions. It was 40 minutes long, and they first provided a job description. Pretty standard interview. It was only a single-phase interview with two other engineers.
