Great health insurance too.
Can be slow moving at times, and promotions are essentially based on seat time.
Make promotions based on performance, not seat time. Also, add more opportunities to get pay bumps. The salaries at Boeing aren't high enough to buy a house.

Mechanical Engineer
Some technical, some non-technical questions. The technical questions were not excessively difficult and very doable if you are proficient in the field. The non-technical questions were very weird.

The process takes a very long time. From the date I first applied to the offer date was close to four months. The interview was very straightforward. They use the STAR interview process. Just be patient and persistent.

Had three interviews in total. Two were by phone, and one in person. Met with multiple directors across multiple disciplines. About a 2-hour process in person, interviewing over segments with some breaks and a site tour.
