Upper management has reorganized our department, and now I feel completely disconnected from my team. Pay has fallen behind due to Covid and the 737 Max. I'd imagine most people will be looking to leave or transfer internally if raises are weak this year.
Listen to your teams when they tell you the reorganization is less efficient.
