I was contacted after a career fair. They flew me out, and there was an interview and a presentation session. Pretty standard process. I had two interview rounds. One was with a hiring manager.

It was 50 minutes in total, and it was just me and a recruiter who asked questions. There were behavioral questions and some technical questions on general engineering topics. It was as if I was expected to use the STAR method to answer everything.
