Pros

The company is all that I expected as far as developing their workers, and they delivered. They have so many training programs that it's like "an embarrassment of riches," so people are consistently challenged with self-improvement. They also offer life skills classes.

Boeing also provides promotion opportunities with diversity in mind.

Cons

Some business units didn't play well with one another, and they work for the same company, especially when a program wasn't tracking to completion.

It was like fences were put up from the inside, and I found that troubling.

Advice to Management

Seek answers from first-line managers who aren't supported by cross-functional partners, and don't take the closest answers as gospel for expediency.
