Behavioral questions. Really simple, just use the STAR interview format and tie in any relevant experience, no matter how minor. They are most focused on the thought process over the actual difficulty of the task.
They emailed me asking to set up an interview date. Then they sent a questionnaire about my location, etc. They use the STAR method. About 5-7 questions related to the requirements and your experience. It took about 45 minutes.
Phone screening asking personality and situational questions. There was a panel of two to three guys asking questions. Had to call in to make the appointment. Two to three weeks time to find out whether moving forward or not.
