Phone screening asking personality and situational questions. There was a panel of two to three guys asking questions. Had to call in to make the appointment. Two to three weeks time to find out whether moving forward or not.

The interview process was very welcoming. There were two individuals in higher levels than my position. They asked questions about my experience and how I would fit in at the company, etc.
