Great company, but very program dependent
Great benefits, 401k match, and great pay. The holiday break is pretty industry standard but nice to have.
If you are on a good program, like a NASA program, you will be traveling a lot and be able to work remotely or travel, but there's no job security.
If not, and on a defense contract, it's a lot more taxing and slower but offers much more stability.
Pick your poison.
Defense contracts can be very slow at times.
