Well established in processes and procedures. They treat their employees well and have many ways for the employees to further their education and careers.
I found it challenging to reduce cost and schedule due to the established processes and procedures. In my particular experiences, I found it hard to incorporate changes due to the established processes.
Management could try to create more of a team-type atmosphere in the workplace. Due to the nature of my position, I did not have the opportunity to integrate with my peers. I would have liked to have had more interaction with my peers to share experiences and to identify improvements.
