Propulsion Test Engineer
A 45-60 minute panel interview consisting of behavioral questions. Boeing interviews are very structured around the STAR format, so make sure you answer your questions using that. At the end, they give you the opportunity to ask them questions.
Manufacturing Engineer
They are big on asking questions where you have to use the STAR method. Not too many technical questions. They just want to have a general sense of how you would fit with their company culture.
Test Engineer
Pretty straightforward, mostly behavioral questions and two technical questions. They're looking for the STAR method. My interview had two interviewers: one manager and one engineer. The interview went great and felt smooth.
