Working for Boeing has been the highlight of my career and more than I ever expected. It is the greatest job I've ever had, and I look forward to coming to work every day.
Too many ungrateful employees who complain without justification. If they are not happy here, they should find a better company to work for. Guess what? No one is leaving because there is a waiting line of qualified candidates that would jump at the opportunity to work here.
Stay involved. Get out of the office and talk to people on the line on a regular basis.
