The pay is great and the benefits are fantastic. They will pay for your education, then you can go on and find a good, satisfying job. If you don't like to work, this is the place for you.
Boeing is political. Who you know is how to advance. Most lower management are examples of how the FBI system works. 'Work' is only a four-letter word in our group. 'Suck up' is the way to get ahead. Look around at the first-level management and you can see why Boeing is going downhill.
Go back to Boeing's roots: Pride in workmanship. Reward people for doing what is best for the company, not what is best for the boss. Airbus has taken over where Boeing should be.
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
The interview process is quick and easy. It is mainly behavioral and about how well you fit in the team. The maximum time is an hour, and the average time for the interview is 30 minutes.
No technical questions asked. They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions. No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions.
