Pros

Pay after topping out. PTO is significantly better once you hit your 11-year anniversary.

Cons

It takes 6 years to top out in pay working as an IAM union member.

Management micromanages everything you do.

Management needs to change, from the very top all the way down to the first level. The company as a whole needs to refocus on quality and engineering and start innovating again, instead of bean counting and trying to squeeze out every single ounce of profit on a 60-year-plus AP design for the shareholders.

Advice to Management

STOP MICRO-MANAGING and actually know how to do the work that your employees are doing.
