Boeing provides a competitive salary and good benefits. I also enjoy working in defense, knowing we build aircraft to protect our country.
Management does not focus on things that could improve our efficiency; instead, they focus on other things that are a waste of time.
Need more knowledgeable managers.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
