Pros

Union representation means zero mandatory overtime. You're very unlikely to get laid off. Airplanes are cool.

Cons

Management decisions are communicated in a lazy way. Manager quality is pretty poor. There's a very 1970s mindset in too many things, making it impossible to make changes that would benefit the company.

Advice to Management

Get your act together regarding remote work and flexible arrangements, or continue to experience the brain drain you've been undergoing for years.

News flash: you need smart young people working there in order to make a high-quality product.
