Boeing has a great benefits package. The culture in the office is relaxed and unstressful, and you have the opportunity to meet a lot of people.
The promotion process is horrible. It doesn't matter how hard you work, just how long you've been in your job. There is no incentive to work hard at certain levels. People will get promoted just because they've been in a position for so long and are getting close to the far end of their salary scale.
Aside from that, Boeing went a few years without hiring college graduates, and you can now see the age gap throughout the company. There are young people, but they're so spread out. Therefore, some young people might not have the opportunity to work with many people close in age.
