As the leader of Commercial Aerospace for generations, it’s my opinion Boeing is incredibly well versed in all of the dynamics of airplane manufacturing. I’ve worked for Boeing for a number of years as an hourly mechanic, as well as a quality inspector. I have and always will be impressed with the way Boeing holds the mindset that, “We grow as a Global Company Together.” They have continued to improve as a company by having an open mind and willing and ready for the change the world brings on a daily basis.
I personally believe Boeing could do a better job of live communication with its personnel on all levels.
Emails and Zoom meetings are fine, but I personally think a few times a year we could have a large-scale information fair to bring the personal feelings to the massive amount of employees.
As stated previously, communication with all levels of personnel could be improved to better morale.
