Entry Level Electronic Design and Analysis Engineer
It was a phone interview. Mainly background behavioral questions integrated with experience. I used the STAR method for my responses. Afterward, we talked a bit more about the company and the opportunities of advancement at Boeing.
Software Engineer
One email with the manager and one phone interview with the manager plus two. Was only asked STAR-style questions and questions about what software and tools I have experience with. (Software college new grad)
Structural Engineer
No technical questions asked. They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions. No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions.
