Guidance, Navigation, & Control Engineer (GNC)
I responded to a requisition on the Boeing website and let a contact at Boeing know I had applied. The interview was on the phone with one technical person, several managers, and an HR rep. It took a week or two to find out if I had the position.
Embedded Software Engineer
Interviewed with two managers. Mostly questions with regard to previous technical and leadership experience. No deep technical questions or riddles.
Mechanical Engineer
It was 50 minutes in total, and it was just me and a recruiter who asked questions. There were behavioral questions and some technical questions on general engineering topics. It was as if I was expected to use the STAR method to answer everything.
