Recent changes in the organization were difficult to integrate, and they are changing the future in ways that may lead to challenges the company is not prepared to effectively manage.
Address employee issues as soon as they develop. Do not let things linger and avoid management pitfalls, like delegating to persons not capable of the responsibility. Address and manage risks more effectively.
STAR interview process (situation, task, action, result). Two people on the interview panel, all over the phone. This was an internal transition, so that might not be the case for new hires.
