Cons

Salary is low compared to big tech and the standard of living in Southern California. Facilities are old and make employees feel undervalued. There's a strong push to come back into the office. Lastly, the company kind of inhibits you. We don’t use modern tool suites and skills that are transferable to other industries. Masters of PowerPoint.

Advice to Management

Honestly, maybe a smaller but modern footprint that is comparable to big tech if we have to come in. Also, sorry to say this, but your base salary is good, but the RSU plan is basically non-existent. Be like other tech companies and pay your people fairly. The senior folks and best younger folks will continue to leave until compensation programs are north of 100% base salary and basically an equal amount of RSUs are offered every year.
