Interview by committee, a small group of people. Round robin style. Standardized questions for all candidates. Questions were not difficult. Notes are taken by the interviewers. People were friendly. Not much else to say about it. Process seem

Four rounds: phone, Zoom, in-person group, then a series of one-on-one interviews. Smart folks with good questions. They fed me lunch, which I liked.

Interesting interview process. The initial interview round was a behavioral/culture fit type interview and didn’t seem to mind that I had never worked with Java before. I would have been leading a team that was based in India.
