Software Engineer
Every question was required to be answered in STAR structure. The questions themselves were easy to answer since it was a structured interview. It took a full month for any response after the interview.
Associate Quality Engineer
Got a call directly from the hiring manager and they pretty much interviewed me on the spot. Questions were mainly about my resume. This was a different format compared to how Boeing usually conducts their interviews.
