Software Engineer I
I went to a job fair, and they had an event going on that allowed me to meet with the managers and schedule an interview. The interview was pretty standard, just basic questions. No technical. All behavioral questions.
Software Engineer (Internship)
The entire interview process was wrapped under 10 minutes for all the applicants, which was rather unjust. I wasn't given an opportunity to explain my projects to the hiring officials, nor was I asked any technical questions to test my skills.
