Good work culture, smart and friendly people, extremely diverse workplace, a sense of pride in whatever they do, and an easy pace of work.
It is in a support role. The salary is incompetent. Very old technology is being used. A lot of paperwork and process overload is involved for some very trivial work. The bureaucracy and politics are overwhelming of late.
Please keep the best interests of the employees also in consideration while making important decisions.

Not bad, but since the software test is in pen and paper, you should practice pseudocode and not cheat. Interviews are now in the post-AI era, where companies use it extensively or not at all.
