Applied online and had a Webex interview with the two managers from the team. I was offered a job and had to get a security clearance. This involved a lot of paperwork, questionnaires, and an interview with a psychologist.

Star-based question and answer format. The first round was a phone call. The second round was a 1-1 session. The third round was between a panel of people. Everyone was very nice.

Silly interviews, nothing to do with the candidate's ability to do the job. They do not hire the best, most capable people. They hire the best candidates from a very small pool and do not question why it is so small. The job postings do not reflect t
