- Worst HRs. I have never seen such HRs in any companies. They reject claims without a reason. They never respond to any queries. Basically, you will never see them and can't expect anything. It's totally managed by managers.
- IT support team.
- Some departments, like platform teams, don't have work. They only survive by politics.
- Teams or facilities are growing in India because they need to show investments in India, as the Indian Government buys defense products from them.
- Join only if you don't have any other options.
